Creativity & Camera

I believe my creativity has took a vacation without telling me. :laughing: I am trying to bring it back for some new projects.

I have a photoshoot this fall with a friend. I will be photographing her as well as making a calendar. I'm really exciting about this project! A purchase of a new camera is needed. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what camera is the best?
